Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-11
Ovriven is an AI simulation studio. We support legitimate research, marketing, policy analysis, education, and creative use. The behaviors below are not allowed:
Prohibited content + behaviors
- Targeted harassment. Simulating reactions to attack a specific identifiable person without their consent.
- Election manipulation. Using the platform to plan or test deceptive political operations, voter suppression, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Disinformation pipelines. Generating simulated reactions specifically to refine deceptive content for distribution.
- Discrimination. Simulations that target, demean, or build dossiers on protected classes (race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability).
- Sexually explicit content involving minors — zero tolerance, immediate ban + reporting.
- Stalking, doxxing, or threats.
- Malware / cybercrime. Using the simulation framing to plan attacks, social engineering campaigns, or fraud.
- Regulated professional advice. The platform is not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice. Don't pass simulation output off as such.
- Scraping or reselling. Don't scrape Explore to build a competing product, and don't resell access.
Automated abuse
- No bot accounts or signup farming. Creating accounts programmatically, or in bulk, to harvest trial credits or evade limits is prohibited.
- No circumventing rate limits or run caps.Don't distribute requests across accounts, keys, or IPs to exceed the limits your plan provides.
- No credential stuffing or probing. Automated login attempts, vulnerability scanning, or enumeration against the service (outside a coordinated disclosure — see /security) will result in an immediate ban.
- API automation is welcome — within your plan.Use workspace API keys for legitimate automation; respect the documented rate limits and your credit budget.
AI output responsibility
Simulation outputs are estimates produced by an AI system. They can be wrong, incomplete, or biased despite our validation work. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them: do not present simulation output as a survey of real people, as fact, or as professional advice, and do not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect people. Where a result will inform a high-stakes decision, validate it against real-world evidence first.
Reporting violations
Report a public simulation or any suspected violation by emailing abuse@ovriven.com. We review reports within 1 business day. Confirmed violations result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. Repeat offenders are permanently banned.
AI safety disclosure
Every simulation result carries a clear disclaimer that outputs are simulation-based estimates, not predictions of how real people will respond. You may not strip or obscure this disclaimer when sharing or exporting results.
