Welcome to Ovriven. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Read them in full before signing up.

1. The service

Ovriven is an AI simulation studio that generates synthetic agent populations and runs closed-loop simulations of how those agents would react to a stimulus you provide. Outputs are simulation-based estimates and are not a substitute for real-world research, surveys, or professional advice.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity on your account. Account sharing is not permitted on single-user plans. Team-plan workspaces are governed by the workspace owner.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ovriven to plan harassment, run deceptive election operations, generate content that targets identifiable individuals without their consent, or do anything unlawful. Our full Acceptable Use Policy is at /aup.

4. Subscriptions + billing

Free plans are free. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial months unless required by law. Indicative per-country pricing is shown on the pricing page where supported; charges are processed in USD. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. AI outputs

Simulations and reports generated by the service are AI-produced and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it. Ovriven does not guarantee accuracy and disclaims liability for decisions made based solely on simulation output.

6. Privacy

You own the content you submit and the simulation results your runs produce; we claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to operate the service. We process your data per our Privacy Policy. You can download or delete your data at any time from Account → Privacy.

7. Termination

You may delete your account from Account → Privacy → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the in-product changelog and by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
